Carbon Neutrality

MyMedEquip is moving towards carbon neutral shipping. We’re proud to be partnering with Sendle, Australia’s first carbon-neutral delivery service. Not only are many of our mailers now compostable, but for every tonne of carbon dioxide Sendle releases delivering our parcels, they cancel it out by supporting projects that combat climate change. 

We don't believe being sustainable should cost our customers more, as such we haven't allowed this exciting partnership to pass any expense to you!

 


COVID-19 impacts



Shipping Times

DOMESTIC:

We ship from Australia, with a limited number of items also shipping from within the UK and the USA. These items will have options for fulfilment locations on their listing. Domestic orders usually arrive at your address in 3-6 business days for Standard Shipping (may be up to 10 business days), and 2-3 business days for Express Shipping (may be up to 6 business days).

INTERNATIONAL:

COVID-19 may cause significant delivery delays for international orders due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Below you will find our shipping and processing times during normal operation, please allow 14 extra business days for international orders.

Standard:

Shipping times to the US, UK, Europe, and Oceania average 10-18 business days, but may take up to 33 business days. 

Express:

Shipping times to the US, UK, Europe, and Oceania are 4-16 business days, but average 7-12 business days. Delivery of some items may fall either side of this range due to warehouse locations.

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take up to 3 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve the situation. Please note that MyMedEquip can not take responsibility for lost or undelivered items once shipping has occurred.
