Shipping Policy

COVID-19 impacts

We’re experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Below you will find our shipping and processing times during normal operation, please allow at least 14-21 extra business days on top of this due to the impacts of COVID-19, and up to 12 days for fulfillment due to high order volumes during the holiday season.



Shipping Times

DOMESTIC:

We ship from Australia. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2 weeks for Standard shipping, and 1 week for Express.

INTERNATIONAL:

Standard:

Shipping times to the US, UK, Europe, and Oceania are 16-33 business days, but average 10-28 business days. Delivery of some items may fall either side of this range due to warehouse locations.

Express:

Shipping times to the US, UK, Europe, and Oceania are 4-14 business days, but average 7-12 business days. Delivery of some items may fall either side of this range due to warehouse locations.

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 3-6 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve the situation. Please note that MyMedEquip can not take responsibility for lost or undelivered items once shipping has occurred.
